The ULTIMATE FIELDHOUSE - 2675 Mitchell Drive Walnut Creek, CA 94598
Completed in December of 2015, The Ultimate Fieldhouse, is a state of the art recreation facility that provides opportunities for boys and girls to improve as athletes and grow as young adults.
The Ultimate Fieldhouse was founded by three of the Bay Area's most successful youth programs, who came together to provide Bay Area families with a new portfolio of youth sport educational opportunities. Those founders are Chris Whirlow and Phil Doherty, Directors of Flight Elite and Frank Allocco, Jr., Owner of ASA Basketball and Frank Allocco Sr., of Excel in Basketball. With them, they bring 50+ years of experience in youth sports which will be used in order to fill a void in local youth sport education programming.
The Ultimate Fieldhouse is the culmination of the lifelong dream of its founders to provide a quality recreational environment in Walnut Creek, in the heart of the East Bay. This beautiful, family city is enriched by thanks to the 300,000 plus annual visitors who find the Ultimate Fieldhouse to be a “second home".
In 2016 the Fieldhouse was selected as one of the founding members of the Jr. NBA's Flagship network, recognizing that our facility and its programming are among the 15 best-in-class youth basketball organizations in the world. This honor certifies that we share the Jr. NBA’s vision for how the game should be taught and played at the grassroots level, and have committed to pursuing the highest standard of operation in the industry.
