What is the difference between AAU and Club teams?
AAU teams are the highest level of competition. As a result the teams are a year round commitment and instead of just playing locally, they also travel to play in national tournaments. Club teams still feature a great level of competition, but allow players to choose which seasons they want to participate in (Spring, Summer, Fall, or Winter) and they minimize travel by playing in local leagues and tournaments.
