Experience the fun of basketball at the Ultimate Fieldhouse's Drop-in Basketball sessions. Enjoy individual shootarounds and live play with other players. Please note that private or small group basketball training, practices, skill work, or drills led by a coach or parent are prohibited during Drop-in Basketball. Anyone who violates this policy may be asked to leave without refund. Come and join us for an exciting game of basketball!

Drop-in Sports:

• 2 hour sessions
• Players pre-register and reserve their spot on a court for open run games
• Limited amount of players scheduled per available courts to maximize playing time for all participants
• Ability to reserve a spot via mobile app or website 
• Full schedule available for weeks in advance

CREATE AN ACCOUNT
If you do not yet have an account, you will need to create one. This is not the same as a Shoot 360 account.

3. Create an Account for the Player

SIGN IN
If you already have an account, simply log in to the account for the player you wish to register.

2. Enter the Username and Password for the player you wish to register.

PURCHASE A PACKAGE

1. Log in to your account
2. Click on “Buy” ===> Then on “Sessions”
3. Click the Program you wish to Register for: Drop-in Basketball
4. Select your package (Single Session) and click "Purchase"
5. Enter your payment info
6. Log Back in and book the sessions you want to attend before they are full (see below for instructions)!

BOOK YOUR SESSIONS (via website)

1. Log in to your account
2. Click "Book Sessions"
3. Click the “Filter” button (top bar of the calendar)
4. Filter by schedule (icons at top)
5. Scroll through the calendar and click on a drop-in session you want to book.
6. Confirm the Information and date are correct for the class you wish to book
7. Click the “Book” button in the pop up window*
8. Repeat as needed

*Note if in Step 4 it says “Buy Session’ instead of “Book Me” you may not have credit on your account or are trying to register for a session that you do not have a package for


BOOK YOUR SESSIONS (mobile app)

1. Download MemberMe+ mobile app in your smart phone’s App Store
2. Select “Ultimate Fieldhouse” as “My Club”
3. Log in to your account by going into the settings in the app
4. Click "Schedules”​
5. Scroll through the calendar and click on a drop-in session you want to book.
6. Confirm the Information and date are correct for the class you wish to book
7. Click the “Book” button in the pop up window

Drop-in Terms and Conditions

Refunds/Exchanges
All sales are final.  No refunds or exchanges are offered.

Package/Clinic Terms

• Packages/Sessions may not be split or shared between players.  
• All packages and sessions expire 6 months after purchase, regardless of facility usage.
• Packages will not be put on hold, frozen or extended for any reason.
• Walk in sessions may be turned away if there is no availability.
• Each player should have their own account and their own sessions on their account.

Rescheduling Sessions
Players have up to 2 hours prior to class/session to cancel (must cancel via your online account). Failure to do so will be counted as a "No Show" and will result in a loss of credit each time
