ABOUT COACH STEVE
Steve has been coaching youth basketball for in the Bay Area for over a decade! He has been working with the Ultimate Fieldhouse since 2016 as the Director of Operations and Marketing and the GM for Shoot 360. Steve came to the Fieldhouse after graduating from Saint Mary’s College with a B.A. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sport and Recreation Management. Prior to attending Saint Mary’s College, Steve attended De La Salle High School where he played under legendary Coach Frank Allocco, Sr. where he was a starter on the 2010-11 team that played Mater Dei for the California State Championship.
While attending Saint Mary’s College, Steve remained active in the community, serving as a coach for Excel in Basketball camps since 2012, assisting with the creation of the Ultimate Girls Basketball Program, and serving as a head coach for both boys and girls team at Orinda Intermediate School.
Steve has been a crucial part in the success of the Ultimate Fieldhouse's newest developmental training technology: Shoot 360. Steve actively recruits, trains, and mentors Shoot 360 coaches to build the Shoot 360 culture! Access to the advanced technology in Shoot 360 (that the NBA utilizes and endorses) to help evaluate players' shots has taken Steve's coaching to a whole another level!
Steve has years of experience working individually and in group training sessions for all ages - starting at 6 years old, all the way up to high school players. He is available 7 days a week for individual and semi-private training sessions!
