Who doesn't want to be fast, explosive, quick? Those characteristics are required for nearly all athletes in all sports. The secret to those athletes at a young age is how they train, whether it be intentionally or unintentionally, and the level of competition they are raised with. What S.E.Q. does is try to recreate competitive high speed and acceleration movements that rely on coordination and strong muscle activation. In short, this clinic will do the following:

5 session package = $35 per session ($175 total package)
