FitKids Summer Camp
Session 1: June 20-23: 9-10 am
Session 2: July 5-8: 9-10 am
Session 3: July 18-21: 9-10 am
$150 /per athlete
The purpose of FitKids Summer Camp is to introduce young athletes to the world of athletic training in an educational, fun, and safe training environment.
The camp will teach young athletes about proper form and technique while enhancing their flexibility, and overall athleticism, providing them with the foundation required to be successful as they enter competitive sports. The camp will also focus on team building and conditioning drills that are fun.
The goal of camp is to improve body awareness, core strength, speed, agility and flexibility, in an encouraging, positive and fun environment.

Develop first-step explosiveness, more efficient cutting and change direction footwork, increased speed and agility so that you can maximize your potential as an athlete.
Ultimate Athletic Performance Camp will improve the athlete’s speed, agility and quickness by teaching the proper mechanics of acceleration, multi-direction movements and develop their conditioning.

Cost $250/per athlete

The Ultimate Teen-Strength Program is designed to prepare athletes for their upcoming seasons while also teaching proper technique, preparing them to eventually stand out upon entering in a collegiate strength program.
